A visually impaired user should be able to navigate and use the site through keyboard shortcuts (tabs, etc). Graphical elements should have alt-text so that screen readers can say things like "All" "SFW Only" "NSFW Only" Colorblind users should be able to adjust colors, including a monochrome mode, for their particular variety of colorblindness.
